Having lived in the area for the past 35 years, Penny has developed a deep appreciation for the peaceful surroundings, outdoor lifestyle, and mountain views that make Southeast Boise special. She also values the strong sense of community, describing the area as feeling like its own little town.

One of the most meaningful examples of Penny's commitment to her clients came when she helped a client who needed assistance preparing their home for a loan. Penny personally purchased new lighting and paint and spent two weeks helping complete the improvements needed to make the home compliant for the loan, helping her client get ready to move into their new home.

Penny's previous experience in customer service continues to play an important role in her real estate career. She believes that listening to her clients, communicating clearly, and making sure they know they are a priority are essential parts of providing exceptional service.

Outside of real estate, Penny has been married for 41 years and is a mother of two and grandmother of three. She enjoys arts and crafts, embroidery, sewing, and drag racing. One of her favorite hobbies is creating Halloween costumes for her grandchildren, giving them the opportunity to help design the costumes while spending meaningful time together.

Penny also believes in giving back to her community. She has helped an assisted living community in Boise maintain its property for the winter, contributing her time and effort to help prepare the property for the season.
