Having lived and worked in New Plymouth for the past five years, Cy has grown to appreciate the area's welcoming atmosphere, open spaces, and close-knit community. Before launching his real estate career, Cy built an impressive background centered on customer care. He spent ten years managing Safeway grocery stores before earning his bachelor's degree in ultrasound technology and serving patients as an ultrasound technologist for fifteen years. Today, Cy and his wife own and operate New Plymouth's only full-service grocery store, leading a team of twelve employees while continuing to serve their community every day. Throughout every stage of his career, one principle has remained constant: putting people first. "My previous careers have always been about understanding what people need and making sure they feel cared for," Cy explains. "Whether it was helping customers find what they needed at the grocery store or helping patients feel comfortable before an ultrasound, it's always been about putting the other person first. Real estate is no different."

Known for being approachable, task-oriented, and easy to communicate with, Cy is committed to making every client feel heard and supported throughout the buying or selling process. He believes that understanding a client's goals is one of the most important parts of helping them find the right home. Clients consistently appreciate how approachable he is and his dedication to keeping their best interests at the center of every transaction.

Cy also brings valuable practical knowledge to his clients through years of hands-on home renovation experience. Having personally remodeled each of the four homes he has owned, he enjoys tackling home improvement projects and helping clients recognize a property's potential beyond its current condition.

Outside of real estate, Cy enjoys spending time with his family, boating, snorkeling, hiking, camping, pickleball, and disc golf. Hiking remains his favorite pastime because it provides an opportunity to disconnect from everyday distractions while enjoying nature and beautiful views. Married for twenty-five years, Cy and his wife are proud parents of four grown children and grandparents to two great-grandchildren.

Giving back to the community has long been an important part of Cy's life. He and his wife have supported the New Plymouth Senior Center by helping with fundraising events, including the annual chili feed that benefits free meals for members of the community.
